Spring 2023 Schedule:

Financial Assistance Available  

CPES PTA provides scholarships to qualifying families. To apply, please fill out this paper registration form and put it in an envelope, address it to "Afterschool CPES PTA" and leave it in the PTA mailbox in the admin office or email it to afterschool@cpes-pta.org. Scholarship requests will be processed at the end of the enrollment period and you will be notified by email if the scholarship was granted. Spots are saved in each activity and scholarships are granted based on availability.

If you prefer to fill out a paper registration, you can use this paper registration form. This form needs to be submitted to the CPES PTA mailbox in the admin office or emailed to afterschool@cpes-pta.org.

COVID: PTA Afterschool Activities will follow FCPS Guidance with respect to masking.

Attendance Volunteers Still Needed to ensure the students get from their classroom to their activity. This is a fun, easy way to get to know our wonderful students and provide valuable service our community. Volunteers are how we offer so many programs and reduce the cost: 

• When: 3:15 - 3:35ish, weekly while activities are in session
• Where: School cafeteria
• Your student can help, just hang out, or go to their activity
• Detailed procedures and training are available.
