Summer Garden Maintenance
The CPES community garden is going strong! The vegetables that were planted last month are growing quickly, and we need adult and kid helpers to water the garden beds, pull a few weeds, and trim around the boxes with the weed whacker to keep the garden healthy and growing all season long. Not only is it fun for kids to water and help out in the garden, but everyone can take home vegetables from the garden to enjoy! Families who signed up to help last year reported that tending the garden was fun, didn't take long at all, and was very rewarding. We hope you will want to join in this year to support our school garden and enjoy some wonderful summer vegetables, too!
CPES Community Garden
